- We are not liable for carrier delays or remote delivery areas. If your purchase was placed on or during a Holiday. Your order will be processed and shipped after the Holiday. |

Method Payments:
1. All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. This can be done by Guaranteed funds such as: wire transfer($15 Wire Transfer Fee) and ($35 Wire International Fee), money order, cashier's check and bank deposits. No Credit Cards.
If you are paying with a Personal or Business Check, Please allow 7 to 10 additional business days for your check to clear before processing your order in Colombia.
If your check has no funds. A $35 USD Fee will be due before processing any order. If the $35 USD Fee is not paid for a returned check. Your account will be terminated and suspended from placing any further orders with our company.
Once the $35 fee has been paid for a returned check.
Only Guaranteed funds will be accepted: wire transfer ($15 Wire Transfer Fee and $35 Wire Fee), money order, cashier's check and bank deposits. Personal and Business Checks are no longer allowed.

If a shipment we made to your location has been returned by UPS or the Post Office because no one was home at the time of delivery or the package was not held for pick up.
You as the customer, will be liable to pay all shipping charges for reshipment and any shipping charges billed by the carrier company for the return shipment to be able to reship your package to your location again.
If you do not pay the reshipment and returned shipment fees. We cannot reship your order until all fees are paid.
If you do not pay any reshipment and returned shipment fees. All these charges incurred will be deducted from the payment of your order and the difference will be left as a store credit. |
